Labor dancing on fleek.
This is Yuki Nishizawa, a mother of two from Boston, whose impressive prenatal dance moves are going viral.
Nishizawa’s husband, Connell Cloyd, posted a video of her pregnant dance party on Facebook earlier this week.
Yuki started to go into labor at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on Tuesday, Aug. 18. While riding out her contractions in the delivery room, she seems to be distracting herself by dancing to classics like the “Cupid Shuffle” and “Tootsee Roll.”
Here’s Yuki stepping left and right to the “Cupid Shuffle.”
The caption reads “Prenatal Ritual!” You can hear Yuki in the video singing “my water is breaking,” as she shuffles back and forth, while she and her husband look up at the clock to time her contractions.
Despite the pain, she manages to nail all the right steps.
~Now walk it by yourself~
Then Yuki really starts gettin’ down when she makes up her own dance to 69 Boyz’ “Tootsee Roll.”
“This one works actually the best,” Yuki says in the video. “My water keeps coming out!”
The “Tootsee Roll” video has over 4 million views on Facebook and has been shared more than 46,000 times.
